There is higher strength of diamonds put in УextraФ mode of saws rather then in УstandardФ ones, this thing allow us to increase passing on hard granites, concretes etc. in 1,8-2 times.

Selective characteristics of diamond tools proposed by CJSC "Novator"
(by the information provided by the customers)

- Saws intended for dry cutting (universal), with the diameter from 115 up to 254 mm can cut all non-metalic materials: fire-resistant and lime sand brick, sandstone, concrete, asphalt, granite etc.
- Saws with a diameter 125 mm УstandardФ can pass up to 200 running meters (r/m) in concrete when cut depth is 20 mm;
- Saws with a diameter 228,6 mm for dry cutting of reinforced concrete can pass up to 200 r/m when cut depth is 50-60 mm, and up to 500 r/m for wet cutting;
- Saws with a diameter 254 mm for wet cutting of concrete tile can pass up to 800 r/m when cut depth is 50-60 mm, cutting of sand stone Ц up to 500-550 r/m;
- Saws with a diameter 350 УstandardФ mode for wet cutting can pass up to 600 r/m when cut depth is 50 mm (on concrete up to 500 r/m), УextraФ mode Ц up to 1500 r/m on asphalt and 1000 r/m on concrete;
- Saws with a diameter 300,350,400 mm for general purpose for concrete and asphalt can be used on УPARTNERФ, УCADIMAФ, УHUSQVARNAФ and also others equipment for cutting granite, sandstones, fire-resistant, lime sand brick etc. They can be made with any internal diameter on request.

CJSC УNOVATORФ in optimum terms can make restoration (straightening, balancing, opening) of saw cases with diameter 300 to 3500 mm
and soldering of segments of own production.
